​Calling all recyclers -- Are you a responsible recycler?

This website includes information on what you can and cannot recycle: both common and uncommon items. This site will bring attention to the common mistakes current recyclers might be making and other miscellaneous tips for being a responsible recycler.
This website’s aim is to improve the overall quality of recycling. Between 2012 and 2016, there was an 84% increase in recycling being rejected (Calderwood, 2018). Information provided on this website can help reduce the amount of recycling that gets rejected. The viewer will learn what can and cannot be recycled. As well as review common misconceptions and mistakes made with recycling. The goal of the information provided on the website is to have the viewer maximize their recycling impact and learn how to effectively recycle.
This website was made with current recyclers from the general public in mind to help ensure properly recycling is being performed.
This website was created as part of a project for the Project Dragonfly Program at Miami University.
